  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 45/63mm;
  • bigger turbine wheel - 50/46mm;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 350+HP

 

Stage 2 (HTD2872):

  • Upgraded bearing system;
  • CNC machined compressor housing
  • Special Compressor Housing without plastic silencer;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • Custom variable geometry nozzle;
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 50/72mm;
  • bigger turbine wheel - 51/49mm;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 370-400HP

 

Stage 3 (HTD3073BB):

  • dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • CNC machined compressor housing;
  • Special Compressor Housing without plastic silencer;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • Custom variable geometry nozzle;
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 54/73mm;
  • bigger turbine wheel - 58/54mm;

  • Enlarged shaft and wheel diameter 6mm;
  • CNC machined compressor housing;

  •  High flow design turbine wheel - 58/56mm;

Stage 5 (HTD3379BB): ***sur commande, voir délai !***

  • Big dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • Enlarged shaft and wheel diameter 7mm;
  • CNC machined compressor housing;
  • Special Compressor Housing without plastic silencer;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • NEW design custom variable geometry nozzle with 14 nozzle blades;
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 56/79mm;
  •  High flow design turbine wheel - 62.8/56mm;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 500+HP

 

Please note that with upgrade turbocharger installed you will need engine tuning. 

Stage 3-5 turbochargers should be used only for professional use. Upgraded intake system as well as performance downpipe and custom software is required in order to achieve the best results.
